Overall Rationale: Are there more than 8-10 good teams in college football? Of course there aren't, but I still have to make a top 25 anyways. The top 9-10 should be pretty self explanatory but after that it gets weird. Florida State is a bipolar team in a lot of ways. One moment I think they're garbage, and the next, they're pretty good. Everyone else in the 10-20 range has significant issues as well, but overall I think there's a good mix here. Watch out for VA Tech, this is a team trending upwards in a hurry.
