Overall Rationale: There are an obvious top 6 I think and then the rest is mostly a crapshoot to rank them accurately. I tried to keep head-to-head outcomes in mind for teams with similar records. Tenn>VT FSU>Ole Miss for example

2 Clemson Tigers Top 6 can be placed in any order IMO
3 Michigan Wolverines Top 6 can be placed in any order IMO
4 Ohio State Buckeyes Top 6 can be placed in any order IMO
5 Washington Huskies Top 6 can be placed in any order IMO
6 Texas A&M Aggies Top 6 can be placed in any order IMO
7 Louisville Cardinals Unfortunately with the loss to Clemson a NY6 bowl is about as bright as the future looks for the Cards without major help. Still probably the best one loss team
8 Wisconsin Badgers Wisconsin's defense is just that good, Kirk.
9 Boise State Broncos Top 10 G5 team favorite. Also finally a solid game by the Broncos.
10 Nebraska Cornhuskers Still a few weeks until Wisconsin and OSU in back to back weeks. Here because they are undefeated still and there aren't many of those left.
11 Tennessee Volunteers What a fucking game. Nearly had another miraculous comeback.
12 Houston Cougars Dropped four spots despite the closeness of the loss. But they knew what they had to do every game to have a shot and they didn't execute.
13 Western Michigan Broncos Still likely too high on them, but I'm going to keep rowing the boat as long as they do.
14 Baylor Bears Wouldn't it be hilarious if they lost to Kansas? 
15 West Virginia Mountaineers Wouldn't it be hilarious if they lost to Texas Tech. In lubbock. While being ranked and undefeated. Again.
16 Virginia Tech Hokies Consider me finally more than optimistic. I know game conditions weren't ideal, but VT utterly dominated UNC.
17 Florida State Seminoles I think they were the only pick I got right from the prediction thread. FSU is still dangerous and shouldn't be written off just yet. They'd love to spoil Clemson's undefeated season.
18 Ole Miss Rebels No change again on a bye week for the Rebels.
19 Utah Utes Good come from behind win after a close loss last week. 
20 Oklahoma Sooners Sooners offense is much better when playing a basic defense. Sooners defense sucks.
21 Arizona State Sun Devils Upset UCLA I think. One loss and really for the Pac-12 that's a rarity this year.
22 USF Bulls Slight edge of Navy for this spot for having a stronger resume overall I think, despite Navy having the better big win.
23 Arkansas Razorbacks Couldn't drop them too far. When considering the record as a whole not many teams deserve these last few spots more. 
24 Miami Hurricanes Like maybe NCSU or Memphis. Toledo would be here if not for their loss.
25 Auburn Tigers I'd love to show a tiny bit of Pac-12 bias here but that's hard to do WHEN THE PAC-12 CAN'T GET OUT OF ITS OWN WAY. Anyways, here's some recognition to Auburn for having two losses to top 6 teams, both at home, but not any win that I think is really that great. LSU is decent though.
