Overall Rationale: Program compares teams using Transitivity Score by summing the amount of teams can theoretically be beaten and subtracts the amount of teams that can theoretically be losses. Given enough time, the "web" of teams will collapse for most teams and the first tiebreaker looks at the sum of 2nd degree transitive wins and subtracts 2nd degree transitive losses. It causes some crazy early season results, but consistently aligns closely with most major polls by season's end.
