Overall Rationale: Win! Win! Win! If you follow my polls all year, this is not a surprise. Playoff is ranked with the final four being moved up to the top four. After that I'm not gonna put the 12 CFB teams as the Top 12. I look at ECU's resume and it's actually pretty good IMO. ODU was No. 26.
