Overall Rationale: It's not consistent, I don't care. This is purely on what I think is deserved at this point

1 Indiana Hoosiers CFB Dynasty mode irl. Congrats!
2 Miami Hurricanes +9. Fine, I was wrong on so many levels here. They played very well.
3 Ole Miss Rebels +2. Same with this team, and that's with all the scuffed drama that was going on.
4 Oregon Ducks +2. Somewhat obvious placement as the other semifinalist. I mean at least you won a NY6?
5 Ohio State Buckeyes -1. Losses to #1 and #2. And they were close. Okay that is pretty rough
6 Georgia Bulldogs -3. Not much to say here, just didn't really expect this.
7 Texas Tech Red Raiders -5. oh wtf was that offence
8 BYU Cougars EVEN. Cannot really go any higher given the H2H. They are the people's champion
9 Alabama Crimson Tide +1. You made us believe you belonged in the playoffs. Then Indiana happened and we thought both you and Oklahoma should have not been in the playoffs. Then Indiana dogwalked Oregon and now idk.
10 Utah Utes +4. At this point I believe this team is just better than the other two P4 clowns that somehow made the playoffs.
11 Oklahoma Sooners -2. What is offence? What is holding a lead?
12 Texas Longhorns +3. I take it back, you are NOT 2024 Bama. You at least won your bowl game.
13 Texas A&M Aggies -6. Funny enough Colley matrix for some reason counts your loss against Miami twice. And I'm willing to base my rankings off that because that really felt like two losses, and it means Texas jumps you on H2H.
14 Virginia Cavaliers +4. I kinda forgot this team is 11-3. Looking back at it that's actually very good.
15 James Madison Dukes +2. You at least made the score respectable against Oregon. Hopefully you'll be back next year.
16 Houston Cougars +6. This team is legit. Also Arizona and Arizona State wins combined are higher quality than Tennessee.
17 Vanderbilt Commodores -4. Iowa really did that huh. I mean, it's still 10 wins?
18 Tulane Green Wave -2. Ol' missed part 2
19 TCU Horned Frogs (+9) Did not see this team upsetting USC, but it was fun for the "Big 12 is the best conference" narrative in the first half of bowl season.
20 North Texas Mean Green EVEN. Strong win against San Diego state to finish, mostly just can't see myself placing them right besides Tulane.
21 Iowa Hawkeyes (+6). Vandy is a legit finishing win.
22 Notre Dame Fighting Irish -10. Yes this is the penalty for ragequitting against BYU. (roughly 5 dropped places on a loss + 5 more dropped places because it's FF). Conveniently, they are placed right above Navy where there are actual game results to back up this position.
23 Navy Midshipmen +1. I mean, they're 11-2. That's pretty good!
24 USC Trojans -5. Stays in top 25 on the basis of still having other solid wins.
25 Duke Blue Devils EVEN. Should not have been in the rankings last week due to 5 losses, but they did win this week. Funniest ACC champs I've seen tbh
