Overall Rationale: The only real thing I feel unsure about is my placement of Miami. Even as I write this, I'm unsure whether I should penalise both Alabama and Vanderbilt for Bama's disappointing performance in the SEC Championship Game. I feel like I should, but do I move Miami up three spots after not participating in a conference championship game? This is why weekly rankings fucking suck: because some of your decision-making is based on your rankings last week, where you might say something like, "eh, does a team deserve this much movement?" I'll decide by the time I get there.

Not only is Virginia one of only two P4 teams to still not have a national championship, while teams like Bowling Green and Liberty have one, but they are also the only team to ever be ranked #1 and not win a national championship in this alternate timeline. And this year, JAMES MADISON WILL MOST LIKELY WIN IT! Biggest chokers of all time, no question.
