Overall Rationale: Vandy last team in as they now have better wins and about equal losses to Notre Dame. Tech also jumps UGA because they have looked so good all year and UGA struggled again. Outside of that mostly as expected except the G5 teams jump a little extra because of how dominant they looked in their wins.
