Overall Rationale: My ballot is based on a computer model that I have created that uses a power rating at the beginning of the year and then has a formula derived from those power ratings to determine a resume ranking. The resume ranking is weighted more and more as the season goes on in an attempt to replicate or predict how the CFP Committee might make their selections.
