Overall Rationale: Win! Win! Win! Wins are the main priority. The three FBS undefeated teams first, then the seven one-loss teams and North Dakota State up there because they went 11-0 in FCS in the toughest FCS conference. Then the 13 two-loss FBS teams, leaving one spot for a three-loss FBS team. I had it down to USF, Pitt, Texas, and my eventual choice Arizona, and gave it to Arizona because they have the combo of no real bad losses, good recent form and at least one ranked road win.
