Overall Rationale: A lot of idles and buy games for the teams at the top this week so not too much change there. And even at the bottom, even though it was a little more interesting, not too many losses to be found there either. I'd say the most interesting thing is comparing ACC resumes - Both UVA and GT are now 2 losses with no notable wins. I found UVA's resume to be slightly stronger, since their losses aren't quite as bad and one is further back, and thus ranked them accordingly while leaving GT out. Pitt and SMU are clearly both better as 3-loss teams, but the extra loss (despite changes for each time since) is hard to get over. Dropped out: Georgia Tech (15), Illinois (23), Houston (25). New this week: Tulane (23), SMU (24), Arizona (25). Next few out, in order: Pitt, Georgia Tech, Navy, Washington, Houston, San Diego State, Wake Forest
