Overall Rationale: Using only results from this year, I compute a power rating, offensive rating and defensive rating. I use those ratings to compute a strength of record (SOR)/resume rating. The four ratings are normalized, and the final ranking is a weighted average which increasingly values the SOR component the further into the season. Dropped: USF (20 -> 31), Louisville (24 -> 33).
