Overall Rationale: Sad result for my panthers and some interesting comebacks this week (USC, A&M). WAnted to move impressive winners like UGA and Oklahoma up, but I think the teams they'd have to jump also put in good performances to hold their positions (ND, A&M in the comeback). Teams that lost at the bottom were easy drops, and the crop of 3-loss teams deserving of rankings hold a pretty wide edge over those who do not. Dropped out: Pitt (19), Louisville (20), Cincinnati (21). New this week: Tennessee (21), Illinois (23), Arizona State (24). Next few out (slim picking here, but also could be an off the board team who swoops in with a good win): Missouri (clear 26), Tulane, Arizona, Louisville, Nebraska.
