Overall Rationale: The chaos continues, 20-35 just feels like a giant mess, along with the ACC and American. For my model, think I will need to build in margin of victories and defeats. Might help clear out some clutter but that will be tested during the off season. My 26-30: Cincy (29), Iowa (39), Tulane (23), Memphis (21), USF (26).
