Overall Rationale: Okay I was mostly joking last week, but ACTUALLY everybody sucks right now wtf. There are not 25 good teams in this sport. USC honestly should be right up there with Notre Dame among the two-loss teams, Texas and Oklahoma meanwhile do not get my respect as "playoff contenders" until at least one of them beats any other team in the playoff picture. (No, Vanderbilt does not count.) Louisville losing takes JMU down a good bit with them, but I do still think the Dukes are barely ahead of the AAC mess, which is messier than ever this week. I'm really not sure about that Pitt ranking. I *am* however really sure about that Iowa ranking; it's kinda crazy that they have three losses by five points or less, two of which are to top-ten teams, and they're *not* the three-loss team that gets ranked. Gotta make room for the Tennessee team that lost to Bama in horrifically ugly fashion and hasn't beaten anybody good, right? Anyway I genuinely considered ranking NDSU this week, and that was after they beat 6-4 North Dakota by five in a game they trailed most of the way. This field is BLEAK.
