4 Alabama Crimson Tide LSU is whatever but movement above
5 Georgia Bulldogs Best performance of a top SEC team against MSU so far
6 Texas Tech Red Raiders Undisputedly atop the Big 12

8 Oklahoma Sooners Bye, subject to forces around them
9 Oregon Ducks Fall on a close win to Iowa which shows I overrated them (but don't fall that far because Iowa is still good)
10 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Destroyed Navy. Not unsurprisingly
11 Texas Longhorns Bye, Vandy looks worse, but so does everyone?
12 BYU Cougars Can't fall that far, but BYU did not look good here
13 Utah Utes BYU loss looks worse, but the Utes feel about even with the Cougs
14 USC Trojans Northwestern isn't a statement win or anything, but the bloodshed around them keeps the Trojans rising
15 Iowa Hawkeyes Losing to Oregon was more impressive than winning most other games this season. Cy-Hawk no longer a factor, Iowa looks good
