Overall Rationale: Dropped Out: #17 Missouri, #22 Washington, #23 Iowa, #25 North Texas. The middle 10 is so difficult to rank. The goal is to rank the teams you think are better but you're beholden respecting head-to-head for some of them. Like I'd love to rank some of the teams in the middle lower but it's difficult to justify for a number of them when some of the head-to-head match-ups are as recent as they are. This isn't a power ranking but a couple of the things that you think about when ranking teams are "how are they playing right now" or "who would win today". In the end, I went with the decisions I believe are the most internally consistent to me.
