Overall Rationale: I only mildly meddled and am too lazy to do more corrective fixes, namely with 1 loss teams that should be in here. No direct model results shown this time, though it isn't a lot weirder than what you see here. Boy am I excited for my ballot to be the outlier of the week! Unfortunately Virginia's ridiculous going to overtime with UNC counts as a tie in my model which banishes it, Louisville and Miami (FL) to the shadow realm unfairly. Likewise, other normal inclusions like Notre Dame, USC and Michigan are also sent to the shadow realm by the relevant tree. Ultimately, I believe Wake Forest, Fresno State, Kennesaw State, Southern Miss and Hawaii should be replaced with these objectively better teams, but my lack of internal re-scaling continues to wreak havoc to the model. All this being said, boo the wahoos for causing this stupid chaos. (Also screw Oregon, they ain't beat nobody PAWL. I have no pity for their lack of inclusion).

3 Indiana Hoosiers The model finally gives them a great treatment which should catapult them in the near future with their MOV.
4 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets ...
5 San Diego State Aztecs I am okay with this, even if it is weird. I am convinced Wazzu is the unluckiest team in the country and is actually sneaky good. Otherwise, decent wins and model treats them here. They may get nuked soon though.
6 Iowa Hawkeyes Recent wins with huge MOV.
7 Fresno State Bulldogs Unlike SDSU, I am not fine with this and think it makes no sense but their losses are too bad to formally limit them...
8 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Also not fine, though at least understand this one. Wake Forest sneaks through another stupid win. (They are tied with GT in my algorithm as I do not care about OT, which gives them a wacky 5-1-1 record for practical reasons).
9 BYU Cougars Yes.
10 Alabama Crimson Tide Yes.
11 Kennesaw State Owls I get it, but wacky. See Wake Forest. Indiana loss bad though.
12 Memphis Tigers Excessive by a bit.
13 Cincinnati Bearcats See Memphis.
14 Georgia Bulldogs
15 Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors No. Losses are too bad. Would relegate if I could.
16 Southern Miss Golden Eagles See Hawaii.
17 Tennessee Volunteers A return to normalcy for 17-21.

22 Troy Trojans I'll stand by this if I can stomach Memphis.
