Overall Rationale: Wins and losses matter most. If you beat a team and have the same or better record, you must be ahead of them. I've gotten very little sleep again so I'll make it brief. Several teams join the rankings and several dropped out. TAMU moved up for their slightly more impressive win than BYU's. Unimpressive wins from Oregon, Virginia, and Alabama saw them fall. Houston's résumé, to this point nothing special, took a massive boost with their big win. Their only loss doesn't look half bad either.
