Overall Rationale: My methodology has a sort of BCS mentality of aggregating different polls and rankings to come up with an improvement over the AP. Relies heavily on SP+ metrics along with resume rankings and AP Poll. Team reasoning shows the formula's weighted average rating for the team. There were two ties at #8 and #18, the team with the higher resume metric gets the nod. This week I made no manual adjustments as I didn't have any major objections outside of what I felt were probably personal biases. Navy was close to being ranked but their predictive rating is weighing them down. Next 5 Teams: N. Texas [27.3] (I was close to manually moving them into top 25 but wasn't sure who to have them over), Virginia [29.7], LSU [31.3], USF [32.0], Houston [32.0]

Actually ended up being practically in agreement with the AP, at one spot lower. Their Resume ranking fell quite a bit from last week, which I wasn't expecting after a close road loss to a top 15 team.
