Overall Rationale: Moved Texas A&M up. Even though Alabama had a rough week I rexamined and decided their overall resume was more impressive than Miami's. UVA has the h2h over Louisville who has the h2h over Miami. Went back and forth a lot between Texas Tech and Georgia, ultimately Georgia's win over Ole Miss barely gave them the edge. It was a tough call for that last spot, part of me wanted to give it to Washington, but Michigan had a convincing H2H, and USC had a more convincing H2H over Michigan. Almost gave it to San Diego St. Had USC unranked last week, but even though they didn't play, a couple teams ahead of them dropped down. First 5 out: Michigan, Washington, San Diego St, USF, Pittsburgh Next 5 out: Nebraska, Texas, North Texas, James Madison, TCU
