DarthYoda2594 Ballot for 2025 Week 10

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Oct. 26, 2025, 9:41 a.m.

Overall Rationale: Even though a lot of upsets seemed to be brewing, somehow all the targets managed to close it out (Bama, Texas, UVA, 1st half Miami). Not too much change at the top, but it feels as though there are significantly more exactly 2-loss teams this season than most years, so deciding between them is a lot of attrition and quality wins. Some highlights here: I chose not to rank Texas, who I had sticking around based on the quality of their defense, which was exposed yesterday. No longer think they deserve credit over other two-loss teams. Washington - Not ranked but very close, I think they suffered a little too much from low preseason expectation. Missouri - Keeping them relatively high for now, they looked very strong against inferior competition but have lost two games they were kind of supposed to. I'm not going to punish them for pribula being out until it is reflected in a future game result. Tennessee / ND - A clear tier above the rest for me. Dropped out: USF (17), LSU (19), Texas (21). New this week: Iowa (23), Utah (24), Nebraska (25). Next few out, in rough order: Memphis, Washington, Texas, North Texas, Tulane, Pitt, JMU, Navy, Boise, TCU, USF, UNLV
