Overall Rationale: Wins and losses matter most. If you have the same record or better as a team and beat them head-to-head, you must be ahead of that team. It's very very late as I type this so I'm skipping over most explanations. The one thing I will mention is that refball games do impact my rankings, which is part of the reason Georgia Tech is lower than the other P4 undefeateds and Oklahoma is unranked. I don't assume a loss, but I give like half of one, if that makes sense. I'll be sure to go more in-depth in the reddit comment when the full rankings are revealed.
