Overall Rationale: This week I continue my practice of privileging undefeated and one-loss teams over those with multiple losses. I also use this submission to highlight some programs that have had strong early season performances, or teams I deem worthy of ballot recognition due to underrepresentation in major polls. I remain less convinced by some teams and conferences than others might be, which is reflected in the order of ranking on my ballot submission.
