Overall Rationale: Decided to do a bit of an overall resume revaluation this week, and decided I was under ranking BYU and Georgia Tech in past polls. Miami and Alabama were tough comparisons, ultimately saw Alabama's wins as better but Miami still had some big wins for me, and that FSU loss was pretty horrible. Once that decision was made, Louisville had to be above Miami on the H2H and Virginia had to be above Louisville for the the same reason. For similar reasons Utah's ahead of Arizona St. Illinois, USC, Michigan, Texas, and SMU first five out.
