Overall Rationale: To make my ballot a little more agreeable I again put a 1-loss or undefeated filter which only allowed 26 teams the possibility of being ranked and is what I submit (after HTH rearrangement where necessary). I did a less restrictive win-loss only rank as well which I call the minimal ballot. Finally, I will also include results from the model direct again.
