Overall Rationale: For being a very interesting week, I still feel like the number of rankable teams is mostly defined. Struggled with how much to drop Texas Tech for a backup QB loss and evaluation of teams with degrading wins over FSU, Clemson, and Penn State. For now, I'm trying to weight wins over teams at the time of victory about 60/40 over their current performance. Dropped out: Utah (16, not really far off but I may have had them a hair over ranked anyway. Hard to fault too much for a rivalry road loss), Memphis (22), Washington (25). New this week: Louisville (20), Michigan (24), Houston (25). Next few out, in rough order: Arizona State, Tulane, Pitt, James Madison, North Texas, Navy, SMU, Utah, Minnesota, Illinois, Boise State, Iowa
