Overall Rationale: Once again was traveling so late with the poll, but I did not look at any poll results prior to filling out my spreadsheet. Finally there seems to be a list of only about 30 rank0able teams, so this was slightly easier to fill out. However what it is challenging is that multiple teams who were previously perceived to have good wins (Oregon, Georgia Tech) are probably kind of over-ranked based on recent results? How do we re-assess victories over teams who were much higher ranked at the time? I tend to try and find a middle ground between current ranking and time-based ranking, so I'm probably undercorrecting their position in the poll with the expectation that it will shake out later. That being said, I was happy to be on the right side from last week removing Iowa State and Penn State and leaving Texas in, so no changes there. Dropped out: Michigan (16), Arizona State (17), Illinois (18), North Texas (22), UNLV (24, just attrition despite win). New this week: USC (15), Utah (16), Cincinnati (20), Virginia (24), Washington (25). Next few out, rough order: UNLV, Michigan, Nebraska, Illinois, North Texas, Pitt, Houston, Mississippi State, Tulane
