Overall Rationale: This poll was seeded with the results of the r/CFB preseason poll, helping me separate teams much more easily. Teams are graded on offensive and defensive scales, based on the quality of their opponent, point total, and whether they won or lost. The two scales are combined together to produce the final ranking. At the moment, the preseason poll does account for about 20% of the ranking value. This has diminished over the course of the season, and will disappear entirely after week 10. Next 10: Mizzou, Virginia, Cincinnati, Navy, UNLV, Vanderbilt, Iowa State, Michigan, Texas, Houston
