They have the best resume of the unbeatens, full stop. |

I moved them ahead of Miami last week, and I'm correcting that mistake now. |

A decisive win at home vs a confusing Florida team. What isn't in dispute is that A&M scored more points vs Florida's defense than any team so far, which includes Miami. |

Miami's win over Florida State is looking less and less impressive. A&M's margin of victory over Florida (both away games for the gators) was greater than that of Miami. |

I dropped them one in favor of Indiana appearing to be the real deal, in addition to a rough showing vs 3-3 Washington State. |

Sure, their schedule leaves a lot to be desired. But the Red Raiders are putting everyone they play to bed, decisively. Their lowest margin of victory is 14 points, both in-conference away games; the combined record of those two teams is 10-2...with the 2 losses both coming from Texas Tech. |

I feel like Indiana is the best team in the country, so dropping Oregon too far wouldn't make sense. |

I had them at 8 last week, I see no reason to move them after a good win vs Virginia Tech. |

I've moved Bama back into the top 10, despite the FSU loss meaning more and more. They're handling their conference with little effort. Was week 1 a fluke? Probably. We'll know more soon enough. |

I think if we replayed this week's game 3 more times, the final result would be 2-2 for Missouri and Alabama, it was just that close. |

I'm not wasting time giving reasons for all but one of my teams in the bottom 15. Georgia lost to Auburn, several times, and I still insist Georgia lost that game. I would have dropped them entirely, but an in-conference rival is an in-conference rival. However, the SEC has serious questions to answer about officiating Auburn games. Also, Kirby Smart blatantly cheated, on video; what isn't on video? |
