Lefunnymaymays4lief Ballot for 2025 Week 7

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Oct. 4, 2025, 10:12 p.m.

Overall Rationale: JAMES FRANKLIN LMFAOOOOOOOO

Rank Team Reason
Miami Hurricanes Give me one good reason they shouldn’t be #1 rn without telling me OSU won the title last year. Complete team and getting better every week
Ohio State Buckeyes Offense seems to have finally progressed to the mean of what we expect from them year in and year out. That WR room should still be illegal and Brian Hartline is a Sith lord
Oregon Ducks Still a very good team but I’d have to imagine they didn’t want Penn State to lose to fucking UCLA lol. IU has now become the marquee matchup for Oregon’s season and I am honestly here for it
Oklahoma Sooners Don’t even think they’ll need Mateer to beat Texas anymore
Texas A&M Aggies Marcel Reed isn’t close to as good as he was last season and it seems to have not mattered at all
Ole Miss Rebels I’m cautious with the Rebs because I’m super low on LSU right now but Chambliss has been a revelation since he stepped in
Texas Tech Red Raiders Yeah this team is good period. Genuine threat to do some damage in the playoff and they may not even need to win the BXII to get in
Indiana Hoosiers Just a bit of a small punishment for being in a bye while TTU turned Houston into a fine paste. Still think they’re even better than last year
Alabama Crimson Tide I’ll be honest with you, didn’t imagine they’d be back in the top 10 already but Vandy and UGA are great Ws. Now KDB has to go back on the road where he has struggled immensely since last years cataclysmic Vandy game. Mizzou’s no slouch
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Georgia Tech could legitimately go 12-0 because my god this ACC schedule is weak and they can absolutely hang with the Dawgs. Now beating Miami I’m not sure about but they currently own a 10 story apartment complex in Cristobal’s skull
Missouri Tigers They deadass let Pribula go to Mizzou and let Allar stink up the joint. Genuine malpractice
Georgia Bulldogs Very nice get right performance albeit UK is probably this year’s doormat in the SEC (yes, worse than even Arky)
Tennessee Volunteers Tennessee moves up… but at what cost? (Nico played well)
Arizona State Sun Devils This team is still top 15 worthy and is probably the greatest threat to TTU’s stratospheric rise to the top of the conference. I wouldn’t be surprised if they play twice and trade
Illinois Fighting Illini So not their A game against Purdue but not bad. Purdue already looks significantly improved so I wouldn’t think too deeply about it. Altmeyer is still that guy (as long as he doesn’t have to play in Bloomington)
Notre Dame Fighting Irish …Flag.
Virginia Cavaliers So this is probably the coolest story of the year. Louisville is not bad at all. Tony Elliot redemption arc is in full swing folks
Michigan Wolverines Uninspiring performance against a really poop Wisky team, also where do they keep finding these backs
BYU Cougars Now that ISU lost BYU is now on my #BXIIFraudWatch, but I must admit Bear Bachmeier is extremely fun to watch despite the fact that his number makes me want to projectile vomit
LSU Tigers They’re Gumbo Texas. Prove me wrong.
Cincinnati Bearcats Brendan Sorsby, I apologize, I was not familiar with your game
Vanderbilt Commodores Bama may have covered the spread but the Dores were in it until pretty late and still look like a quality team. The path to 9 (or more?) wins is still very much there
Memphis Tigers The American is, by a significant margin, the 5th best conference in the FBS right now. Memphis unfortunately has the toughest draw of them all having to play all of USF, Navy AND Tulane, but they have as of right now looked like the best team of them so far which is genuinely a great accomplishment
Iowa State Cyclones I wasn’t high on ISU following the rise of TTU and BYU in addition to ASU righting the ship, but boy is Rocco Becht tough as FUCK
USF Bulls Waffled between them, Navy and UNT for the final slot, but ultimately has the better resume than either of them despite getting drubbed by Miami… who is my #1 anyway DROPPED: (11) Texas, (14) Penn State, (17) Louisville, (25) Florida State HONORABLE MENTIONS: Navy, UNT, Nebraska, UNLV, Louisville
