Overall Rationale: Resume ranking, with best 3 positive games and worst 3 negative games getting extra emphasis. Currently I have built statistics for the positive games and use those to heavily guide my ranking. All teams with at least 30 AP votes or top 30 of the Massey Ratings are considered. Start with the AP poll, and then adjust rankings iteratively based on above criteria, using Massey Ratings for strength of teams not considered for ranking. Added Memphis for consideration as they were very close in both of my consideration criteria, and are good in my ranking metrics. Still really need more data, but we're starting to get to a decent place. Some probably decent teams need to beat somebody to get ranked (looking at you Penn St).
