Overall Rationale: My computer model only needs a couple more weeks before it will be running smoothly. There wasn't a lot of movement at the top, but Indiana and Texas Tech made big jumps and Illinois had the biggest fall. I was impressed by USC and TCU this week so they're the new faces at the bottom of the rankings.
