Overall Rationale: Using only results from this year I compute a power rating, offensive rating and defensive rating. I then use those ratings to compute a strength of record (SOR)/resume rating. The four ratings are normalized, and the final ranking is a weighted average which increasingly values the SOR component the further into the season. Dropped: USF, Arkansas, Air Force, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Washington State, Louisville, Michigan State.
