Ballot Type: Human
Submitted: Sept. 16, 2025, 7:34 a.m.
Overall Rationale: Based on my excessive CFB watching along with some help from the AP poll and notable computer models to help clean up anything that I might have missed. I'm bad about letting poll inertia affect my ranking too much, so I used this week as a reset and redid my rankings from the ground up. As a result, ASU got unranked and multiple teams dropped a few spots despite winning.

Texas becoming southern Iowa was not what I expected this year. Probably won't have a good idea of how good Texas is until the Red River Shootout. |

ND and SCar are hanging on by a thread. Starting 0-2 is rough, but both losses were to top 10 teams by a combined 4 points. For now, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Same applies to SCar since they lost Sellers to injury. |
