Overall Rationale: An easier poll system, yet start up costs and time constraints are killing my ability to work on this poll to the extent necessary. I hope next week I can work on this tohand it back to the computer, but realistically... nah. I got a homecoming game to attend! No real reason overarching this, basically just let what I have run exist and factor in my discretion to eliminate teams with losses it doesn't know and throw around positions willy-nilly below like 10.
