Overall Rationale: I have my own point system I allow myself to tweak if need be based on my own opinion. Each week my poll "resets" so avoid inertia for teams. This leads to wild falls and jumps at times. I do not do preseason poll or the first few weeks because early on my poll can end up very odd. As we get more games to go from though it tends to balance out more.
