Overall Rationale: There are too many undefeated teams to rank all of them, so I asked two questions. First: have you beaten three FBS teams? Only 7 teams have, so they are all in. Second: are you 3-0 with two FBS wins, and have you beaten at least one 2-1 FBS team? 15 more teams answer the call. That leaves three spots which go somewhat arbitrarily to Oregon, Illinois, and Georgia Tech. The actual ordering of teams within those quadrants is mostly unimportant this week and will change drastically in coming weeks.
