Overall Rationale: I was ranking which teams that are best in each conference and then added them to the major ranking. I think the big 12 is better than most would give credit to hence why I think Texas Tech is ranked 6th and Utah is ranked 10th. Also, Navy is 2-0 in conference and 3-0 overall. I also threw UNLV in there because they are also undefeated. I debated putting Utah State as well, being that they are 1-0 in conference.
