bretticus733 Ballot for 2025 Week 4

Ballot Type: Human

Rank Team Reason
Ohio State Buckeyes While Miami may have the best overall resume, I still think Ohio State has the most potential to be the best team.
Miami Hurricanes This Miami team is different. They're lethal, well coached, strong everywhere. Best team in ACC and legit title threat.
Georgia Bulldogs I didn't know Georgia had that sort of offensive explosion in them, but maybe I underestimated Gunner Stockton.
Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State dropping in the poll will continue until they play a non-cupcake
Oregon Ducks Arguably the worst Oregon's played this season and they were still up 34-0 before the 4th stringers gave up garbage time points.
Texas A&M Aggies Not impressed with the defense, but still impressed with the offense and how Texas A&M found a way to win a game they lose nearly every time.
LSU Tigers Did not think before the season the defense would be the unit that led the team and the offense would be the issue. Drop a few spots despite the win.
Florida State Seminoles War chants intensify
Illinois Fighting Illini I don't know if Illinois is a B1G contender, but they certainly can spoil a season or two.
Oklahoma Sooners Kudos to Oklahoma for actually going to a G5 team.
Texas Longhorns Are those people who told us not to be concerned about Arch after that Ohio State performance still telling us that?
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Tech should be firmly in the ACC race. The Bees are tough and really well-coached, and their schedule could lead to a 10-2 type of season.
Iowa State Cyclones Iowa State is just getting less and less impressive by the week. Ugly win over Arkansas State.
Missouri Tigers Mizzou is looking damn good, and the Pribula-Hardy duo is arguably the best QB-RB duo in the SEC.
Mississippi State Bulldogs Miss State is being severely underrated.
Vanderbilt Commodores How long until Vandy has Pavia fight for more eligibility?
Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama looking more like Alabama, but still need to see them show that against a team that isn't dogshit.
Indiana Hoosiers Indiana could be really good, but the scheduling philosophy is stupid.
Auburn Tigers Not a great game from Auburn. Jackson Arnold against his old team could be really interesting though.
Utah Utes I don't doubt that Utah is a darn good team and a Big 12 contender, but that wasn't exactly an impressive 25 point win in Wyoming.
Texas Tech Red Raiders I still don't know if Texa$ Tech can be a Big 12 contender, but they've certainly looked great so far.
Ole Miss Rebels Lane Kiffin's turned Ole Miss into a talent factory. The Austin Simmons injury report fiasco is also classic Lane Kiffin finding a shitty loophole in something.
Tennessee Volunteers Despite the loss, Tennessee is in a much better spot than they would have been with Nico.
Michigan Wolverines Underwood's ceiling is ridiculous and he showed up huge in the Stallions Bowl.
USC Trojans At the very least, USC's defense is vastly improved.
