DarthYoda2594 Ballot for 2025 Week 4

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Sept. 14, 2025, 11:34 a.m.

Overall Rationale: Pretty happy with how my Week 2/3/whatever you want to call it poll mirrored results (had Vandy & GT tranked), other than South Carolina and ND. Surprisingly few changes for what was a pretty wild week. Dropped from last week: Notre Dame (15 - refuse to rank a two-loss this early, despite a close game), Clemson (21), USF (25). New this week: Texas A&M (12), Tulane (23), Arizona (24). Next few out, roughly in order: North Texas, BYU, USC, Mississippi State, Cal, Houston, TCU, UNLV, Arizona State, Michigan

Rank Team Reason
Ohio State Buckeyes (-)
Penn State Nittany Lions (-)
Oregon Ducks (-)
Georgia Bulldogs +2
Miami Hurricanes -1 - Victim of UGA's very strong win
LSU Tigers +2 - not necessarily inspiring but defense looks very strong and now have 2 decent to good wins
Florida State Seminoles -2
Missouri Tigers -1
Oklahoma Sooners (-)
Texas Longhorns (-)
Ole Miss Rebels +5
Vanderbilt Commodores +5 - Sellers or not, massive win
Texas A&M Aggies +13 (NR) - Strong road win and a crazy offensive showing against what should have been a good defense. Since I may have been underrating them before, willing to go all the way up here
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets +10 - Also two decent to good wins now, at Colorado before playing a game is nothing to sneeze at
Tennessee Volunteers -1 - No real punishment here, team is way better than expected
Alabama Crimson Tide +4
Iowa State Cyclones -5
Auburn Tigers -5
Illinois Fighting Illini (-)
Utah Utes -2
Indiana Hoosiers +1
Texas Tech Red Raiders +1
Tulane Green Wave +3 (NR)
Arizona Wildcats +2 (NR)
South Carolina Gamecocks -14 - Leaving ranked til we see what's happening with Sellers
