Overall Rationale: Chaos reigns and I can no longer pretend to have even the faintest clue what I'm doing. Georgia and Miami impressed a whole lot more than Ohio State and Oregon this week, that much I'm pretty sure of. Oklahoma seems a lot more convincing now than they did a week ago, between their cupcake blowout and Michigan's. I am conditioned to mistrust any "program-defining" win from Texas A&M, but I will tentatively believe it this time on the grounds that Mike Elko's program deserves a fresh slate. Also on the grounds that despite falling to 0-2, Notre Dame is even more obviously good, considering just how spectacular Miami has looked since *barely* beating them at home. In other news, I have lost all faith that Texas and LSU are actually good, which frees up some top-ten spots for...TCU and Georgia Tech, why not? Tulane has grabbed the presumptive G5 playoff spot back from USF after this week, but both are very strong candidates (and way ahead of anybody else). I am tentatively giving Indiana a spot in the top 25 back, but only if they promise to be good and not immediately lose to Illinois by 30 at home. And I did tell you I was gonna rank Vanderbilt...just not where.
