Overall Rationale: This week I will continue my practice of privileging undefeated teams over those with a loss. I also use this submission to highlight some programs that have had strong early season performances that I consider worthy of down-ballot recognition. I remain less convinced by some teams and conferences than others might be, which is reflected in my ballot submission.
