Overall Rationale: A brand new full SCF, with project and minor Vega input. Should settle really well if I didn't screw up, but I have parameters to easily fix. As of now it was seed with ESPN FPI and this bias very clearly shows with SEC bias all over this. A full stabilization might have helped, but I didn't even have the input for a full run. Luckily the model is finally versatile enough that I can even run it with partial data and get a decent result like this. I will not opine on anything submitted here just yet, at least until I can fully run this model I finally feel confident about.
