Overall Rationale: My poll is an aggregate of existing team rating algorithms with the best year-to-year accuracy which are normalized and used to calculate a weighted aggregate rating. This is further adjusted by net win-loss and exponentially by total losses to better reward actual team performance, when there are actually games played.
