Overall Rationale: We're back, moving from a Hybrid poll in 24 to a full Computer poll this season, weighted for win%, MoV, PS, PA, SoS, OR, OOR, AP/Coaches. AP/Coaches weight will drop throughout the season, it is primarily to stop statistical outliers early on. The weight for each starts at 10.7% and will drop by ~1% per week throughout the season.
