Overall Rationale: I use my predictive model to simulate a full slate of games between all FBS teams, home and away. I report the expected win % for each team and rank accordingly. There was a bug this week and south carolina, notre dame, and miami are missing from the computer model because they played late. I don't have time to fix this, so I hand ranked them. This kicked Arizona State, UNLV, and Texas State (first 3 out) from the ballot.
