Overall Rationale: this poll feels Very scuffed but i think it's mainly because i'm working off my last poll for like. the first time ever. and i don't want to punish CCG losses especially since the committee didn't and i hold a very similar viewpoint regardless. i do think win/loss quality can change between the weeks but i don't think effects that much outside of teams that played and teams that played against teams like Army that didn't have much to show otherwise. also i'm tired and it's 7:30 AM. sorry this feels like the least effort i've put into a human poll this year but idk it feels fine to me
