Overall Rationale: Very rough first iteration of my computer poll. Assigns value to wins and losses using a system similar to quadrants in college basketball. It uses SP+ for rankings. FCS teams are simply treated as Q4 by default.Q1 and Q2 are shrunk to reflect the sport being so top heavy. Teams get points added for wins. The higher the quadrant, the more points. The inverse is true for losses. A Q1 loss is barely punished, and a Q4 win is barely rewarded. Absolutely needs work. First step is accounting for home field. Needs lots of calibrating with some wild outliers lol. Very flawed at this point. Mainly just a proof of concept at this moment.
