Overall Rationale: Final Season Rankings: For those curious, I do not believe 12 teams is the right number of teams. It should either be 8 or 16. Anyway how I would seed the playoffs: 1. Oregon 2. Georgia 3. Boise State 4. Arizona State 5. Notre Dame 6. Texas 7. Penn State 8. Tennessee 9. Ohio State 10. Indiana 11. Clemson 12. SMU Yes my seeding slightly differs than my rankings and that is solely because I believe a conference champion should always be the highest seeded team from your conference
