Overall Rationale: Changed the rankings to actually look at losses and who you lost to now, I originally didn't have this because I hate the idea of a "quality loss," this caused the unintended consequence of teams like Alabama and Colorado still being way too high for this week if I didn't change it (3-loss Alabama was at 3) since the formula only looked at wins, this was also the reason why Clemson was being criminally underrated the last few weeks. Tennessee is probably still too low and BYU/Army could probably be a tad lower but overall I think this week looks good. My own version of a SOS/SOR type ranking, is backwards-looking and only looks at the games played with no sort of poll inertia (think if the season ended today, these would be the teams with the best resume), slowly gets better over the season as more games are played and teams balance out (for example, a team with a frontloaded schedule will likely be over-ranked in early ballots and a team with a backloaded schedule will likely be under-ranked), these rankings should be at their best before conference championship week, before bowl season, and post-season.
